If you like Persian food then this is a great spot! Service was friendly although a bit slow. Our server made great recommendations. We shared some appies which we all liked. The humus was our favourite. For dinner I had beef kabob with 1/2 saffron rice and 1/2 chopped salad (mint, vinegar, tomatoes, onion, cucumber). The meat was tender and flavourful and I mixed the chopped salad right into the rice. We had a large group and everyone was happy with their meal. We shared a few pitchers of beer and I have attached a picture of their little keg system which we all loved! They also have a bell at each table so you can ring for service but we felt rude using it lol With 4 shared appies, an entree and a few pints of beer my bill was $40 with tax and tip which I thought was reasonable.

Somehow I saw this restaurant's ad on facebookand it was quite appealing " all you can eat breakfast buffet weekend only". So we decided to go there Sunday morning to discover this new place. First impression was great : restaurant seems clean and cozy with fancy decor , welcoming and friendly staff and the place wasnt too crowded. The bad surprise came when we went to explore the buffet : Literally nothing to explore except for the omlette options and some jelly jam small packs. You just choose whatever you wanna have in your omlette and that's it. You get coffee and some toast with that and you are done. The price was reasonable for what you get $9.99 but honestly it shouldnt be called all you can eat buffet.

The first time we went to Vancouver and tried this restaurant we loved it, it's amazing what service can do, on this last trip we decided to go back for some Persian food, the waitress had no clue she was doing, she barely spoke English and when we asked the same question in Farsi she was clueless, the food this time was not good at all, and while we were sitting there literally 3 tables around us had various complaints and the manager basically brushed everything off like it was nothing and could careless to even address the issues. Sorry we'll have to try a new Persian restaurant next time we are in Vancouver because I'm definitely not going here again

WOW!
Came here to report on a good experience and there's so many negative reviews. I don't know if I just came on a good day or if they've improved or all those haters are just owners of other Persian restaurants around here. I had the "shislick" or in English, "the melt in your mouth off the bone little lamb chops" with gorgeous saffron rice and that roasted tomato, and the white onion. My service was great, the young lady was attentive and man my food came out quick. Not sure what the hell others were getting. It's actually kind of "shi shi" with respect to decor etc. Not sure how to compare it to other Persian places but hey, no complaints over here. -

I don't know how these guys are still surviving with their awful service and very mediocre food. Been there once and manager was so rude to his employees and as a result they all were so upset and intrigued by his behaviour. They were not in the best mood to do their jobs and offer a proper service to customers. I blame manager only as I saw how he was dealing with his employees. My wife been there one more time and she saw same behaviour from manager again.
Disgraceful.
